Commuter includes a model for cycles, which like any vehicle type, can share a lane with any other vehicle.
If a lane is wide enough, people on cycles will pass any stopped traffic, such as a bus at a bus-stop, on the side away from the kerb. When the bus starts moving again, it will move out to pass any cycles or any other vehicle that is moving slower than its own speed.
As with motorised vehicles, you can define any number of types of cyclist, for example road, mountain, hybrid, and combine this with the characteristics of the person to give you a range of behaviours, with regards to acceleration, cruising speeds, and route selection.
Any vehicle or person in the simulation can be selected, and its attributes examined.
